ABOUT

          The team at BVO is made up of a group of veterans, family and friends who share a passion for the veteran community. The organization was born out of a need that was not being met currently. There are a lot of organizations that focus on one veteran at a time, temporary solutions or clinical care. We wanted to create a non-profit that would permanently provide a place for all veterans to seek the therapy that only the outdoors can provide. Our team is dedicated to building this organization and anchoring it in the community to ensure that all veterans will have a place of their own.

          When we speak of the outdoors and how it can be therapeutic, it is as diverse as the veteran community. We are engaged with a broad range of partners to ensure that we cover all of the potential activities and passions that come along with the outdoors. BVO facilities will include a broad range of outdoor activities and each location will be developed and equipped to accommodate the broad range of activities to include but not limited to: hunting, archery, fishing, trail running and biking, hiking, and kayaking.

 

           At each facility BVO will work hard to ensure that each veteran will have a place to enjoy the outdoor activities that they choose with their families.
